La Piu Belle Rosé by VIK is an elegant, fresh and complex rosé from Millahue, Cachapoal Valley, defined by fine minerality, precise fruit expression and a creamy texture achieved through lees aging.
Blend Composition
- 85% Cabernet Sauvignon
- 9% Syrah
- 6% Carmenere
Tasting Notes
Aromas of peach, apricot and passion fruit, complemented by a subtle citrus finish and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it combines the vibrant structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the breadth of Syrah and the creaminess of Carmenere, enhanced through bâtonnage on native lees. The result is an elegant, fresh and highly persistent rosé.
