Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the products.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, by sending an email to our customer service team). You may use the model withdrawal form we provide, although its use is not mandatory.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal Please be aware that, due to the nature of our products (wines), the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products that have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., bottles with broken security seals).

• Products that, after delivery, have been inextricably mixed with other items.

4. Effects of Withdrawal In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Defective or Damaged Products If the product received is damaged (e.g., breakage during transport or broken seals), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

• It is essential to retain the defective product and its original packaging for us to analyze the incident.

• Upon verification by our technical department, if the defect is confirmed, we will proceed to exchange the product for another of equal or equivalent quality, or issue the corresponding refund, within a maximum period of 30 days, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the European Union.
