PRICING POLICY, CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

The prices of the products available on this site will only be valid and applicable on this site, and are not necessarily the same as those of other sales channels used by VIÑA VIK. Similarly, the promotions offered on this site are not necessarily the same as those offered by other sales channels used by the company.

Time limit for withdrawal

The deadline for the eventual withdrawal of a purchase made is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The withdrawal must be formalized within this period and the respective reimbursement of the amounts paid in accordance with the refund policy of the credit card administrator used for the purchase, or within 15 (fifteen) days in cases of deposit or bank transfer.
For the exercise of this right, the purchased products to be returned must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, opening, consumption and with their original packaging.

Defective products

If the customer has received a defective product, for example: damage during transport, including broken bottles, violation of seals or packaging, he/she should contact our customer service channels as soon as possible. In order for a possible exchange to be analyzed and carried out, it is essential to keep the defective product.
The exchange will only be carried out if the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.


If our technical department proves that the defect has not been the result of improper handling or improper storage conditions, the product will be exchanged for another product of equal or equivalent quality, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days. The goods must always be returned in their original packaging.
