Tasting Notes:
On the palate, it presents an elegant expression, with a firm yet refined structure and very polished tannins. With no defined pattern, it delivers a sensation of minerality and fine graphite. It has a unique vibration, movement, and develops along an elegantly long line, providing a remarkable finish.
On the nose, it offers fine red and black fruits at their perfect ripeness, with spicy notes that make it lively. Black and white pepper add to its dynamic profile, along with a subtle hint of blue flowers.
Color: Deep, dark violet with bright dark blue hues and edges.
Serving temperature: 16°–18°C
