Barroir concept:

Fallen trees from our 57-hectare oak grove are used to toast used and new barrels. French oak (Quercus robur) is the species, and it comes from our over 100-year-old grove. The fine-grained oak softens tannins, slowly transfers the flavors of the estate, and allows the wine to age and develop tertiary aromas through micro-oxygenation.
