VARIETIES: 77% Cabernet Franc, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon.

ORIGIN: Cachapoal Valley.

SOIL: Granitic origin, deep, porous, and with good drainage.

CLIMATE: Warm Mediterranean climate with a maritime influence that limits maximum temperatures.

AGING: Its aging was 26 months in barrels using the “Barroir” method for 90% of the blend, while the remaining 10% matured in clay vessels, called the “Amphoir” method, in addition to the use of native yeasts from our “Fleuroir” program.

Tasting Notes:

With an elegant expression on the palate, firm structure yet fine, with very polished tannins. Without defined patterns, it delivers a sensation of minerality and fine graphite. With a unique vibrancy, movement, and developing into a long, elegantly sustained finish.

In its aroma, it develops fine red and black fruits at their perfect maturity point, with spicy notes that make it agile and, at the same time, combines black and white pepper, making it a dynamic wine. With a hint of blue flowers.

Deep dark violet color with bright dark blue edges and nuances.

Serving temperature: 16° - 18°C
