REPRESENTATIVE
In order to comply with the provisions of Article 50 Letter D of Law 19.496 and to receive any presentation or claim related to acts or contracts executed or entered into through this site, Mr. Pedro Veas Paredes, domiciled at Alonso de Córdova 5320, office 301, Las Condes, Santiago, mail pveas@vik.cl is appointed.
Any difficulty or controversy that may arise between the contracting parties regarding the application, interpretation, duration, validity or execution of this contract or any other reason shall be submitted to Mediation, in accordance with the current Mediation Procedural Rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Santiago. In the event that the Mediation does not succeed, the difficulty or controversy shall be resolved by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Procedural Rules of the same Center in force at this date. The parties grant a special irrevocable power of attorney to the Santiago Chamber of Commerce A.G., so that, at the written request of any of them, it may appoint the arbitrator from among the members of the arbitration body of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center. The user declares to have read and fully understood the terms and conditions set forth above, expressly declaring his/her conformity and acceptance.
MODIFICATIONS

Thus, the customer agrees not to take any action with a view to obtain, for itself or for third parties, the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of Viña Vik, or any of its related companies both in Chile and abroad.
